    Certifications & Credentials

    We are registered with the state of NJ Division of Consumer Affairs as a licensed general contractor. All of our Project Managers are certified in the new EPA guidelines for lead safety practices: Lead Base paint Renovation, Repair and Painting Program (RRP).

    We are fully insured as are our subcontractors.

  • Attention to Detail

    Our Project Manager coordinates every phase of the project by scheduling the subcontractors on-site, placing material orders and inspecting material deliveries and ensuring your project stays within budget.  Our Project Managers oversee the project from beginning to end.

    Currently we are working on houses and business throughout New Jersey.  Some of the towns we are working in are Red Bank NJ, Montclair NJ, Essex Fells NJ, Glen Ridge NJ, Florham Park NJ.

Jack Finn & Company’s Projects in Progress, allows us to showcase the work we are beginning and is in progress, including both residential and commercial projects.

Currently we are working on a new adaptive reuse project in Red Bank NJ (on view).  In addition there are other residential and commercial projects in progress.  Some of the towns we are working in are:
